Zhuzhou Xinda Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the development, manufacturing, sales, and service of cutting tools for mining and construction machinery. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Zhuzhou, Hunan Province, China’s well-known cemented carbide center, Xinda delivers reliable, application-oriented tool solutions for demanding ground conditions.

Our product range includes roadheader picks, shearer picks, surface mining tools, foundation drilling tools, and TBM/shield tunneling tools, along with related wear parts and tool systems. These solutions are widely applied in mining, tunneling, rail and metro construction, highways, and large-scale infrastructure projects, with customization available to meet specific geological and equipment requirements.

Xinda is supported by independent R&D capabilities and holds over 20 utility model patents and multiple invention patents. As a participating unit in several national and industry standards, we have developed proprietary high-wear-resistance technologies through extensive field testing, significantly improving tool life and cost efficiency in hard and abrasive rock formations.

In cooperation with Central South University, Xinda has established a cutting tool–rock interaction simulation system, enabling accurate prediction of tool wear based on rock properties. This data-driven capability supports project planning and cost control, with prediction accuracy exceeding 90% in practical applications.

Today, Xinda serves customers across China and maintains long-term partnerships with major mining groups, construction companies, and equipment manufacturers. Our products are exported to Europe, South America, Southeast Asia, Africa, and other international markets.
