The GM series high‑pressure DTH drill bits are exclusively designed to match GM valve‑less DTH hammers, operating effectively under high‑pressure conditions of 1.2–3.0 MPa. They have been specifically developed for hard, highly abrasive rock formations such as granite and basalt. The drill bits feature precise spline and air‑channel alignment with GM hammers, efficiently transmitting high‑frequency impact energy. They are widely used in hard‑rock drilling applications, including open‑pit mining, infrastructure anchoring, photovoltaic pile foundations, and medium‑to‑deep hole rock drilling.
The GM series valve‑less high‑pressure downhole hammer is designed to operate with a 1.2–3.0 MPa high‑pressure air supply. Featuring a novel internal air‑distribution design without foot valves, it is specifically engineered for granite, basalt, and other highly abrasive, hard rocks. It serves as the primary drilling tool for open‑pit mining, infrastructure anchoring, photovoltaic pile foundations, and deep‑well drilling. Compared with conventional foot‑valve hammers, the GM series eliminates valve‑plate breakage and sticking issues, delivers higher impact frequencies, and reduces air consumption. When paired with the matching GM series downhole drill bits, it minimizes energy‑transfer losses, ensuring stable, efficient performance in deep‑hole drilling across all operating conditions—covering everything from small to large diameters.
